What are the requirements to become a subcontractor with The Appointment Biz?
- At least five years executive administrative experience, including scheduling and telecommunications.
- Background in working independently and completing tasks on time and within defined parameters.
- Strong working knowledge of Personal Computers and the Windows operating system.
- Experience with Act! and/or other similar relational database programs.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- System for backing up data files.
- Home office with noise-free environment.
- Dedicated business phone line(s), computer, printer, fax capability, e-mail (preferably MS Outlook) and high speed Internet access.
