  • Strong working knowledge of Personal Computers and the Windows operating system.
  • Experience with Act! and/or other similar relational database programs.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
  • System for backing up data files.
  • Home office with noise-free environment.
  • Dedicated business phone line(s), computer, printer, fax capability, e-mail (preferably MS Outlook) and high speed Internet access.
