To be considered qualified to work for KYF you must meet the below requirements.

No children please, you must be atleast 18 years old or older

English must be your first language or you must be able to write English very well. Applicants should be aware that if English is not your native language you may still be considered but we can deny application acceptance because of this

Experience posting on forums/bulletin boards

Ablility to consistently post 25 words per post

Able to follow specific written instructions

Agree that no one else will be posting in their place on jobs

Level headed and respectful of others opinions and comments

Speaks/writes with intelligence

Has common senseWe reserve the right to refuse anyone if they do not meet the above requirements.Pay varies per job depending on the type of plan our clients choose. Our posters make a minimum of .20 cents per post, with other jobs paying much more than that. All posters are paid on the completion of the entire project via PayPal. Other payment arrangements can be made if necessary.Each poster is required to meet a halfway deadline. If the poster does not meet their deadline they are removed from the job. New posters must successfully complete their first job and meet all deadlines to be considered for any further opportunities. If they do not the poster will be removed from staff and employement will be terminated.The first step in becoming a KYF staff member is by registering on the forums. You will then need to respond to 15 threads inside our forums for us to evaluate your posting style. Each response needs to be at least 25 words long to count towards your evaluation. Once you’ve done that you may then create your poster application thread inside this forum.

After you’ve applied, relax and enjoy the forums. We’ll soon after be contacting you via Private Message with our decision to your application.
