At Office Details, we are always interested in hearing from dynamic self-motivated individuals seeking to work in the Virtual Assistance and Concierge industry. All work will be completed as an independent contractor via the Internet, e-mail, fax, phone, and other forms of virtual communication.
A minimum of five years of proven experience as an administrative or concierge professional is required. Candidates who are experienced Virtual Assistants or Freelancers will be given priority consideration.
Some qualities & skills we require our Virtual Assistants possess:
- Superior attention to detail, organization, and writing skills
- Proven experience working independently as a “VA” or Freelancer
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to be highly resourceful
- Proficiency in Microsoft & Adobe software applications
- Your own fully equipped office
